How to shop with us
In the storefront
We are grateful to the Town of Fairfax for the chance to open here and welcome patients at our counter. A lot of our neighbors are surprised to learn that in-store shopping is for medical cardholders for now. We would love to change that, and we are respectfully asking the Town to allow every adult in. Until then, bring a valid ID and your current recommendation.
By delivery
Every responsible adult 21 and older is fully served by delivery across Marin. No medical card needed, browse the full menu and we will bring it to your door.
The space
We took over the entire site so we could build the kind of room our town deserves, walnut, marble, and daylight, with parking that works for the neighborhood.

Our story
“Fairfax is home. We would rather take the extra year and build something this town is proud of.”

Help bring in-store access to every adult in Fairfax
Right now, only medical cardholders can shop in store in Fairfax, a rule that has been in place through the past year. We hear a growing number of residents who feel that every responsible adult 21 and older should be able to shop in person, with or without a medical card, just as neighbors in nearby communities already can.
We are respectfully pursuing an amendment to the Town's cannabis ordinance that would allow adult-use retail sales at our existing, licensed storefront. If you are a Fairfax resident or a supporter and you agree, the single most effective thing you can do is let the Town Council hear from you directly, in your own words.
A draft opens in your email. Please add a sentence of your own and include your name and Fairfax address. Personal notes from real residents carry far more weight than identical form letters.
